1. Contract Cancellation The client is not entitled to cancel the contract after 48 hours from the date of its issuance.
2. Shallow Well Warranty Shallow wells are covered by a 3-year warranty from the date of handover.
3. Artesian Well Warranty Artesian wells are covered by a 6-year warranty from the date of handover.
4. Structural Warranty Construction projects are covered by a 6-year structural warranty from the date of handover.
5. Project Re-ation Eligibility The client may request a project re-ation one year after the project handover, provided the request is submitted during the period from Safar until the end of Jumada Al-Akhirah.
6. Re-ation Service One project re-ation is provided free of charge during the warranty period. A fee of OMR 100 will apply for each project starting from the second re-ation request.
7. Re-ation Timeline Re-ation will be completed within a maximum of 60 working days from the date the request is submitted.
8. Construction Project Handover Schedule Construction projects are delivered according to the following stages:
- Stage 1: After 4 months.
- Stage 2: Two months after Stage 1.
- Stage 3: Two months after Stage 2.
- Stage 4 (Official Opening): Two months after Stage 3.
9. Service Expiry The project re-ation and site visit service ends upon the expiration of the warranty period.
